| Rules: Each CAward is given out to The Best Site seen within the month. This not meaning that it's given to the best site up the week its found. Meaning best site updates and management. Thus a site may be up for longer than a week. The webmaster of the site will be e-mailed the Location of the banner that advertises the award(webmaster can choose to use the banner on their page freely.) Because I and many people I have aquaintances with read many websites,this is a very opinionated award. Though its not a large award. It qualifies the whole world wide web to recieve the award. The CAward2 is given out to the Best Site with specific Interests for the month. Same rules qualify. Nominees and votes for any page you like will definatley be taken into consideration(also note that if I recieve many votes or nominations it will result as a majority winner.) Email Me to nominate ay site you like, or share your opinion with. Also note that sites with bad encryption or Java files that can crash or freeze a system could be disqualified.
